From project management to content creation to social media management, I combine the storytelling ability of a copywriter with the technical savvy of a digital producer.
I served as the end-to-end owner of hicleo.com, including management of its content inventory; development of all new materials; and implementation of all campaign workflows including forms, landing pages, and marketing emails. I also oversaw its redesign following new positioning and visual identity.
Led a successful website relaunch that integrated the content of two legacy organizations and introduced a new brand following the merger of Partnership for Drug-Free Kids with Center on Addiction.
Following launch, I've overseen the day-to-day management of and publishing to a website over 15,000 pages deep with over half a million monthly pageviews.
Directly managed all aspects of the Above the Influence campaign’s online presence. I managed a social media community of nearly 2 million teens and young adults, and laid the groundwork for a renewed content strategy centered around original and guest-authored stories.

Have overseen a monthly pro bono AdWords budget of $40K with average clickthrough rates over 5%.

Led the process of a full content audit followed by revisions and reorganizing around key audience personas and propelling the user journey forward.
Grew the campaign’s Facebook page from approximately ten thousand to a quarter million, and built its Instagram presence from the ground up.
